Tavola Mia

Come share a passion for Italian cooking in a country cottage setting with Hudson-based cook Maria Loggia. At Tavola Mia the traditional dishes from the various regions of Italy are taught with the home cook in mind. True to her heritage, Maria carries with her the desire to share with others the pleasures of the table, around which is celebrated the gathering of family and friends.

Tavola Mia, established in 1999, offers small-sized classes in a warm, relaxed setting. The classes are demonstration based, lasting three hours. To complete the experience, the prepared dishes are enjoyed together over a complementary glass of wine.

Share the cooking and the meal with Maria and your fellow students on beautiful ceramic ware also created by Maria.
