WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM OUR CLASSES

Each class is demonstration-based (with a little hands-on if desired) for a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 10 guests only and runs for approximately 3 hours as follows ….

  

 

DEMONSTRATION-BASED CLASS

Arrive at Maria’s 

 

10:00 am to 10:30am

Meet your fellow guests over tea or coffee with homemade cake.

 

10:30 am to 12:00 pm

The cooking part. There is always lots of chat and laughter as we prepare and cook my recipes to create a delicious lunch. I will also demonstrate some of  my favourite cooking techniques and there will be ample opportunity for you to ask questions. There will also be time for me to pass on all sorts of tips and tricks gained from my years of recipe-developing, testing , cooking and writing my cookbooks. Hand-out of recipes included to take home with you.

 

12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

Time now to sit down with us and your companions and enjoy a long table lunch of the wonderful dishes prepared, and accompanied by a glass of wine.

Please let me know on the booking form if you have any particular dietary restrictions and or allergies and I shall do my very best to accommodate them. However, as we’ll be eating ‘family style’ around the table, be aware that we may not be able to especially cater for you. However, rest assured there is always plenty of choice.
